Processing Your Order

Coffee is roasted fresh and packed with care. Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.

During sale periods, public holidays or busy seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery Timeframes

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

Authority to Leave

If you choose Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it has been delivered to the nominated address.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll help investigate with the delivery carrier.
