Returns & Refunds Policy

At Peaberrys Coffee Roasters, we want you to enjoy every cup. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement, refund or repair if a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or doesn't do what it's reasonably expected to do.

Coffee Beans & Ground Coffee

Because coffee is a fresh food product, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there's a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos where possible, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Equipment & Retail Items

For unopened, unused retail items such as brewing equipment, mugs, keep cups and merchandise, we accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • Returned in their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we've sent the wrong item, or your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable solution, including covering any applicable return shipping costs.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash and are not refundable unless required by law.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for change of mind returns unless they're faulty or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.
