Orders & Shipping

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes. We ship freshly roasted coffee Australia wide, we'll deliver straight to your door. Any orders over $60 include free shipping too!

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are roasted, packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $60 include free shipping.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available from our Sandgate roastery during business hours.


Coffee

Where is Peaberrys Coffee roasted?

Every batch is roasted locally in Newcastle, NSW, where we've been roasting coffee since 2000.

How fresh is your coffee?

We roast regularly throughout the week to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

What's the best coffee for espresso?

If you enjoy rich, full-bodied espresso, Black Betty is a customer favourite.

Which coffee is best for milk?

Our darker blends pair beautifully with milk, delivering chocolate, caramel and nutty flavours that cut through perfectly.

Which coffee is best for black coffee?

If you enjoy long blacks, filter or plunger coffee, try one of our lighter or single origin coffees to experience more fruit-forward flavours.

What's the difference between blends and single origins?

Blends combine beans from multiple origins for consistency and balance. Single origins showcase the unique flavours of one region or farm.

Where do your beans come from?

We source quality coffee from countries including Ethiopia, Kenya, Guatemala, Papua New Guinea and more, selecting each coffee for quality and flavour.

Do you grind coffee?

Yes. Choose your preferred grind when ordering, including espresso, stovetop, filter, AeroPress, plunger or whole beans.

How long do coffee beans stay fresh?

For the best flavour, enjoy your coffee within 4 to 8 weeks of roasting. Store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Should I keep coffee in the fridge?

No. Coffee is best stored in an airtight container in a pantry. Refrigeration can introduce moisture and unwanted odours.


Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Choose your favourite coffee, select how often you'd like it delivered, and we'll automatically send fresh coffee on your chosen schedule.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Log into your subscription portal and select Pause Subscription at any time.

Can I skip my next order?

Absolutely. You can skip any upcoming order without cancelling your subscription.

How do I change how often I receive coffee?

Simply log into your subscription account and update your delivery frequency whenever you like.

Can I swap to a different coffee?

Yes. You can change your blend, grind or bag size before your next order.

How do I update my payment details?

Log into your subscription portal and update your payment method securely.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log into your subscription account and edit your delivery address before your next order is processed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

I've been charged already. Can I cancel that order?

If your subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, we'll do our best to help, but we can't always stop orders once they're underway.

Do you supply cafés?

Yes. We've proudly supplied cafés, restaurants and businesses across Newcastle and the Hunter for more than 25 years.

Do you supply offices?

Yes. We supply businesses of all sizes with freshly roasted coffee and can recommend the right solution for your workplace.

Can you help us choose the right coffee?

Absolutely. We'll help match your coffee to your equipment, customers and taste preferences.

Do you provide barista training?

Yes. We offer training and share our coffee knowledge to help you get the best from every cup.


Returns & Support

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and we'll make it right.

Can I return coffee?

Because coffee is a food product, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If there's an issue with your order, get in touch and we'll help.

I received the wrong item.

Sorry about that. Contact us and we'll organise the correct replacement.
