We have a flat shipping fee of $10.00 AUD which covers shipping Australia wide.

Free shipping applies to orders that total a minimum of $60.00 or more. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to some locations.

Australian delivery is available to all areas that Australia Post and Aramex Couriers service.

Peaberrys Coffee Roasters ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of ordering ‘In Stock’ items. Items that are not in stock at the time of ordering will ship within 24 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Most deliveries will arrive within five business days of the shipping date. Please contact us at sales@peaberrys.com.au for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order confirmation.

Outside of Australia We do not ship outside of Australia.

Ordering and Shipping Process

Once you have placed your order and completed payment, you will receive an email order confirmation that includes the item purchased, your details and your order number.

Please make sure you have checked your Spam/Junk folder. If you have not received the email, contact sales@peaberrys.com.au immediately.

Items in stock will be shipped during business hours within the following 24 hours of receiving payment for your order.

Items not in stock will be ordered once payment is received and shipped within 24 hours following the items delivery time (the time it takes for the item to arrive at our warehouse).

You will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please make sure you have checked your Spam/Junk folder.

We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post and Aramex, which means a signature may be required upon delivery. Please make sure you check the estimated time of arrival for your item and are available to sign for it upon delivery. Otherwise, the item will be taken back to the nearest Australian Post office or depot unless authority to leave has been given.
